At William J. D. Broad & Co. we do not produce in volume or hold surplus inventory. This allows us to maintain exacting standards of craftsmanship and operate responsibly in limited numbers.
Because each belt is made individually, we are unable to accept refunds based on sizing.
This is a choice based on how we choose to produce - deliberately, in small batches, without excess.
However, we stand behind the fit of every belt we make and if your belt does not fit as expected upon receipt, we will recut and adjust it at no additional cost. Simply contact us with your order number and we will guide you through the process.
No unnecessary complication and complexity. Just a proper fit.
Choosing the correct size
We strongly encourage customers to consult the size guide before placing an order. In most cases, selecting your standard trouser waist size in inches will provide the correct fit.
For those who prefer greater precision, we recommend measuring an existing belt. Full instructions are provided within the size guide.
