How to choose your size

Select your belt size using your standard trouser waist size in inches.

We size on the basis of:

Belt size = Trouser size + 2 inches

(Measured from where the buckle meets the leather to the middle hole).

Example: A belt labelled 32" actually measures 34" from the buckle base to the middle hole. Simply choose your standard trouser size and we’ll take care of the calculation.

In instances where you may wear your belt in a high-waisted position, please refer to the measuring guidelines below.

Not sure? Take a belt you wear often and measure from the buckle base to the most worn hole. Send us the measurement (in inches) using the sizing form located here, and we’ll size your new belt accordingly.

Important to note

Every William J. D. Broad & Co. belt is handmade to order. We cannot accept returns due to sizing, but if your belt doesn’t fit, we do offer a recut service (£60 or currency equivalent per belt). Please contact us with your order number if required.
